I recently attended the Broker’s orientation for Shang Residences at Wack Wack and I’m excited to share some info on this gem of a project which is set to launch on September 7, 2018.
What makes this property a true winner is the view of Wack Wack Golf and Country Club. Imagine waking up and seeing an awesome view of the golf course through floor to ceiling windows at your ultra luxurous and spacious apartment. This is what the project development offers.
As a property investor-broker, I was excited to get a preview of the project, scale model and model units. Looking at the building facade, you can tell that the architectural team maximized the space to provide the best views for the property.
The Units are spacious. These typically range from 81-85 sq.m. for 1 bedroom units, 142-145 sq.m. for 2 bedroom units, 231-232 sq.m. for 3 bedroom units. These units will be delivered fully-furnished with top of the line materials and classy finishing.
Amenities include the grand lobby, adult and kiddie swimming pool, fully-equipped gym, mini theater, steam and sauna room, locker rooms, children’s indoor and outdoor area, billiard room and the much sought-after party-function room of Shang Properties.
This is the latest luxury property development of Shang Properties. Launch price is pegged at Php208,000 (taxes not yet included) for Shang Residences Wack Wack. As a property investor, I regretted passing up on The Rise in Makati which was the first mid-market project of Shang Properties. During it’s launch, The Rise in Makati sold for 95k per sq.m. Four years later, it is now at 210k per sq.m. So historically, Shang Properties are solid investments.
If you are looking for an investment property, whether it be for your end-use or to flip, consider investing in this development. There are so many condominium properties out there nowadays, but with Shang Properties’ signature brand and with only 460 total number of units, this property is expected to go fast and appreciate quickly.
The initial project launch is on September 7, 2018. Since it is the first launch, price and terms are at its best. They will accept reservations on that day.
